Most of our items are shipped via UPS Ground from our East Coast Warehouse. For UPS time in transit please view the attached map.
We offer a few different shipping options:
UPS Ground is FREE for all orders over $99 within the Continental U.S., and is typically 1-5 business days in transit.
For All Shipments to Canada, the customer must select UPS STANDARD at checkout. The Customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that might be applied at customs.
UPS Ground is $9.99 for all orders up to $99.
For all international orders, including Alaska and Hawaii, Free Shipping does not apply & the receiver is responsible for any duties or taxes. We will contact you via email with a freight quote upon receipt of your order.
UPS Air Shipping is optional, and the cost varies based on the weights of the items in your order. Due to the large size of our model ships, they are ineligible for priority shipping (They must be shipped by truck).
UPS 3 is 3 business days in transit, UPS 2 is 2 business days in transit and UPS1 is 1 business day in transit. Saturday and Sunday do not include business days. Time in transit does not include the shipping date.
Priority Air Examples:
Ex 1:An order placed 3 day Select on Monday before 12 noon Eastern Time will be delivered on Thursday.
Ex 2: An order placed 2nd Day Air after 12 noon Eastern time on Wednesday will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders placed before 12 noon Eastern time will ship the same day, orders after 12 noon will be shipped the following day.
If the wrong shipping address was entered, or if any changes need to be modified after the order is placed, there will be a $10 Re-Routing fee added to the order.
Certain Hazmat items can be shipped via UPS ground, and those items will be subject to a $20.00 UPS Hazmat fee. The Hazmat items will be marked throughout the website.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order within 30 days of purchase from us, just return it following the guidelines below and we will happily give you a refund or replacement.
Return Policy Important Information:
(1) Please contact us via email for a Return Authorization #.
(2) Items must be in original boxes and in new condition and be able to be resold. Used equipment CANNOT be returned unless it is defective.
(3) Original proof of purchase is required.
(4) Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment that was used for the purchase.
--------(4a) Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded UNLESS an error was made by BoatDiscounters.com in shipping.
--------(4b) If "Free Shipping" was in effect on the purchase, the actual shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund.
--------(4c) ALL items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
(5) ****Items returned to us WITHOUT obtaining a Return Authorization # are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

Is Yahoo! Shopping secure?
Yes. Yahoo! Shopping uses secure servers to protect your personal information, including your name, address, and credit card information. We use the Stronghold secure server, currently the second-best selling secure server software and, in our opinion, the best product technically. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form and not decoded until we receive it. For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on disk and when we forward it to the merchant.
Shopping online is considered fairly low-risk. According to CNN, "The prevalent opinion... is that online credit card use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional 'low-tech' transactions." You should feel as safe as you would using a credit card in a store or restaurant, if not more so.
